Martha is the Sr. Manager of the Capture Advancement Team for Collins Aerospace. She leads a team of capture center professionals, including proposal specialists and a graphic designer in support ofthe Connected Aviation Solutions Capture Center. She is the President/Chapter Chair for APMP Chesapeake. She is an APMP-certified Proposal Manager with 25+ years of proposal and capture management experience.

Brenda Crist, Program Chair
Brenda Crist has 25+ years of experience providing capture management, proposal management, and proposal writing support. She has been a Vice President at Lohfeld Consulting since 2008. She is certified by APMP at the Professional Level, is an APMP Fellow, and is an APMP Certification Instructor.

Nazirah Muhammad, Marketing & Webmaster Chair
Nazirah is a marketing, proposal, and project management professional with with over a decade of experience in various industries, ranging from energy, environmental consulting to accounting and healthcare staffing. A Baltimore native and recent graduate of the APMP Leadership Academy (Cohort 3), she is passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She has additional experience with nonprofit grant writing and grant consulting.

Monika Crannell, Mentoring Chair
Monika “Mo” Crannell serves as Director of Proposals for Yulista Holding, LLC. She is a highly effective proposal manager with more than 20 years’ experience in the defense industry. She has experience refining business development processes, fostering cross-functional communication channels, and mentoring team members. She has been a member of APMP since 2014 and maintains a Professional-level certification.

Diana Chambers, Membership Chair
Ms. Chambers is a seasoned Proposal Manager with 16 years of experience and has been supporting the Business Development efforts for Global Science & Technology, Inc. since 2018. She currently serves as the APMP Chesapeake Chapter Membership Chair from 2020.

Dennis Wagner, Vice Chair, Marketing
Dennis is the Corporate Capture and Proposal Coordinator for Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) with over 15 years of proposal experience. In his current role, he assists ANSER’s management team identify suitable opportunities, develop and execute capture plans, and draft compelling solutions. He also manages the corporation’s proposal process and trains staff in capture planning and proposal development.

Dale Thompson, Vice Treasurer
Dale Thompson has a background in the Material Handling (Crisplant A/S), Aerospace Telecommunications (ARINC/Collins/RTX), and Tactical Communications (IT Tech Direct) industries. He is an APMP Practitioner Certified Proposal Manager with 30+ years’ experience managing and conducting Proposal and Capture activities for large and small businesses. He has been an APMP member for 21 years, and Treasurer of the APMP Chesapeake Chapter since 2015.

Sherri Harim, Secretary
DescripSherri Harim is a seasoned Proposal Professional with 30+ years of experience and has supported proposal development and management efforts for Smartronix, LLC (now SMX) since 2001. She currently is the VP of Proposal Operations and leads a team of Proposal Managers, Proposal Coordinators, Knowledge Managers/Specialists, and a Solutions Architect. She has specific experience in process development and implementation and continuous process improvement. She is APMP Foundations Certified and will be an APMP Leadership Academy Charter Graduate in early 2025.tion goes here
