Getting Real About Capture to Proposal Transitions
The transition from capture to proposals is rarely “textbook smooth” and is filled with challenges. These challenges include the transition of bids with solution, partners, and personnel gaps; how to transition large complex multi-million or multi-billion dollar deals; and surprises in solicitations. This presentation explains how to put out the inevitable dumpster fires and how to rally the team during the transition to develop the highest-scoring proposal possible.
